Inventor’s Project Description:
The QPC Quantum Power Cell (a/k/a Quantum Battery) project was conceptualized to provide efficient usable electricity derived from the quantum vacuum flux field, a source of fuel that is abundant and freely obtained.
The inventor submitted two prototypes and technical designs.
Prototype-1: The Quantum Power Cell is a tubular structure that looks like a AA battery, only smaller. However, unlike a battery it produces both DC and AC voltages. Each cell, approximately 10 mm x 4 cm constructed of metal layers produce 10V [+/-] per cell with no external power sources other than the quantum flux field arranged in a Poynting vector. Using a modular design of multiple 10V QP cells that are grouped together the QPC would accommodate a residential application. I.e. 12-grouped cells provides 60V DC and 120V AC output, which is sufficient power to light a home. QPC technology is scalable to over 1000 volts.

Prototype-2: The Quantum Power Cell EMI [Electromagnetic Inverter] unit produces usable AC [alternating current] electricity. The QPC-EMI is constructed of an aluminum cylindrical structure with a cone shaped cap. The EMI AC unit measures approximately 16-inches by 6-inches and contains rows of magnets that create new electromagnetic fields inside the cylinder. Electromagnetic energy is collected using an antenna [Internal or external] that collects EM energy from the quantum flux field and transforms it to electricity.
The Quantum Power Cell EMI unit is suitable for new and retrofitted AC applications, such as a house or large building. It will power lights, home appliances, heating/air conditioning units and water heaters without metered electricity charges.
